What is happening in Ukraine were been "prepared" for 22 years.Since the day Ukraine became an independent state.The lack of
Ethnological,linguistic and religious
Cohesion but also guilt behavior of Western Ukrainians against Russian-speaking during the Second World War warned that this State Module had Expiration
Date.And this date arrives slowly in time.And it
has to do with "New State Maturity" of
United Germany.Only Germany falls short,even today, in Geostrategy maturity
and preparation,from the two other players in
the international chessboard, USA and Russia.
To understand the following,please note two points:A) Germany never "reconciled" with the terms of the Treaty
of Lausanne,which defines in substance the Borders of the Balkans and USA
,by their own hand,did not "reconciled"
with the determination of the status quo in the Middle East,as it
was established after the Second World
War!B) Consider the imaginary triangle “Eurasia-Middle East-Balkans” as
a single geo-strategic
space.
We analyze!
Germany from the unification proceeds
slowly and cautiously
in promoting its legal capacity as a mighty Geopolitical-Economic and Military
Superpower.For this purpose uses and
exploits the EU’s shortfall
political legitimacy of Brussels bureaucracy and inequality of natural
resources in the Old Continent
and the Financial Crisis observed
in the Union due to
editorial errors
in the construction of the Euro.At the same time let
us not forget that Germany
has already applied to become a permanent member of the UN
Security Council but also recent statements highest German officials announcing further
substantial military presence
in Germany through NATO by exploiting the deliberate distancing of the USA.The Abstention from the
events in Libya was only a tactical
maneuver.Only Germany
can not understand that as she was trying
to take its first steps as a united anymore
Country,USA and Russia determined the above triangle as
an entity for which they would decide together, jointly ,maintaining certain balances.
At
the same time let's not forget
the fact that USA and Russia want a
strong and booming Europe with which they
can collaborate at every level but in no way want a
Hegemonic Germany that will take advantage of EU’s Strategic Depth.
Developments in Middle East, not finding a solution in
Syria, Cyprus, the issues of
North Africa and the economic
crisis in our country are unknown
variables that allow Germany
to maneuver and "dreaming" of geostrategic hegemony role.But
the developments in Ukraine does not seem in the long term to
work in favor of Germany. Russian
speakers and rich areas of Southeast Ukraine and especially the Autonomous
region (since 1999) of Crimea are
a vital and integral part of the so-called "Near
Abroad" of Russia since
Crimea is
the Naval Yard of the Russian
Fleet, from which can control the energy flow to
Europe and elsewhere. Mainly Russia’s “concessions” from Cyprus but also real efforts to find a solution in Syria without
disregarding the sensitivities of Americans for the region confer several advantages
to Russia on the issue of Ukraine. Statements of Susan Elizabeth Rice for Non-Military Involvement of Russia should be read on the contrary.
The unbundling of Ukraine does not meet
substantial concerns by both Energy Partner countries,
Russia and Germany, medium
to long term, however, the benefits will be much less for Germany
and the West in general.In
Western Ukraine substantially prevailed
this part of the demonstrators adjacent to, primarily, Nazi far-right party
Svoboda,of Oleg Tiachnimpok. No one from the Opposition nor Tymoshenko nor Giatseniouk nor Klitschko control
this "hard"part of Independence Square demonstrators.
Therefore Germany and Europe in general, although
initially will hinder
Putin’s Contact with the states of former
Soviet Union ,will have “adopted” a destitute and bankrupt State Module, that will
need continuous financial aid and in which there are no clear signs of democratic functioning due to the fans of
Oleg Tiachnimpok which
become a powerful pole of western Ukraine.This
time the
"cooperation" of Americans
with the Nazis Ukrainians
(as they did during the Cold War) will not be a
mound in
Russia but a Firewall opposite the
aspirations of Germany!
Another embankment aspirations of Germany is
Greece's exit of the
crisis and the "browsing" in the markets.This will allow multiple maneuvers to
Prime Minister Samaras to form Bilateral agreements with "more
comfort" and with the other two
dominant players on
the international scene. One step would be the
quadripartite agreement between Greece and Russia-US-China exploiting TRENOSE and the ports of Piraeus, Thessaloniki and Alexandroupolis.Greece could be demonstrated as a Giant Node Input
of Worldwide Range Products in Europe
and will help to
circumvent very
expensive ports of Hamburg and
Rotterdam (random? I do not think
so! ).
Schaeuble's attempt to "tie" Greece with a new German Loan,
as we have heard in the last days,
proves efforts of
Germany to remain "alive and present"
in the Balkans.But the Ukrainian
“grenade” she is holding in her hands is ready
to explode. The other
“grenade” is called Greece and the pin is in the
hands of Antonis Samaras.
Simply in Kiev we can find Germany’s Geostrategic "naivety"!
