          The occasion given for writing this text was the last debate of Candidates for the post of President of the European Commission with the participation of Alexis Tsipras, but mostly the answer to the question concerning his own vision for Europe wich was: "I will drive out Troika"! I freely admit that I am writing with mixed emotions. There are events that have been run as the First Round of local elections, winking between the two extremes, and controlled polls ,by interweaving Centers, that are clearly trying to create stream to SYRIZA. Forgive me therefore any elation or conceit Spirit!

          I begin this text stressing that i am not asserting any Position as Alexis.I will not be a Commissioner, more so, President of the European Commission. Neither, of course ,i will be elected by my fellow citizens for any office, since even today various interests erect Barricades in every voice that has learned to think, to speak, to act and naturally avoided the "pachyderm, politically, path of intrude  placarding ", by means of which one can buy even today Elected Positions! But no one can deprive me of the Highest Function of the Republic, that of Citizen, as described by the ancient Greek Authors! So let me submit to you my European vision!
          I want a Europe that respects the history of each nation-State. Watching various events in the European Parliament  I see, from the questions-placements of various MEPs , the ignorance or arrogance and aggressivness towards sensitive issues of partners!

          I want a Europe that respects the culture, philosophy, Religiosity of each State and the expression of it.

          I want a Europe that provides security at every level (internal-external) to Member States. That will intervene where a weak state will not be able to defend the interests of his own.

          I want a Europe that its institutions will function Democracy for all Members, with placing of solidarity rather than punishment.

          I want a Europe that guarantees equal opportunities and impose the same rules for all citizens.

          I want a Europe that will provide education and culture to every young child regardless of which country it originates and regardless of whether he can pay the tuition, creating new European Universities for Extremely Minds through out all countries , in New Technologies, Medical Science, Astronomy, Philosophy, etc. There are Great and Historical Educational Institutions, but none at the high European supervision to ensure entering into these OF ALL WITHOUT EXCEPTION!

          I want a Europe that can strengthen local economies by transferring- investing wealth- of a European Province in the fields in need of another province

and will guarantee delivery !

          I want a Europe that separates an Investment from a Commercial Bank and will guarantee that distinction!

          I want a strong Europe at International Level accepting the role of its historical development. While respecting international treaties in any case and without making deductions as the case may.

          I want a Europe that respects human suffering. It will stand next to every human being irrespective of color, race,or faith.

          I want a Europe that will acquire clear single Immigration Policy and will not store human souls in the southern countries because they happened to be the entrance to the Old Continent.

         I want a Europe that living standards will be close to the EU average in all Members and will not be away by this.In order to do this we must leed Democratically Institutions and Operations in federalism, giving more powers to elected executive leaders of European Institutions with the burden of decisions returning to Brussels from Berlin .

          I want a Europe where the French-German axis will assume the role of history and will not play power games with Britain. The recent article of Nicolas Sarzozy on implementing a Sengen 2 finds me flagrantly against. There is the European Union of Equal partners or no Union Nicolas!

          To ensure the European Union of Equal partners we should make a major reform. We need to modify the proportionality of the number of MPs in Ratio: A Country  - A MEP!The Union that I I envision is a concept of the Round Table and not the population expression of each State.

Each country will sent 21 MEPs and 6 Senators. MEPs will continue their work, while the Senators (of which the Chairman of the Committee shall select Commissioners) will be the Depositary of any law but also will check the Constitutionality of any action! And Yes European Union must adopt a Constitution in which all of the  above will be stated . The Summit will not lose its validity, but will definitely lose the authoritarian role since most decisions will be taken by majority among the leaders in the Council, the Commission and the Senate!

          As you can see from the above, I would not drive out Troika, as Alexis , but i will nullify any possibility of reoccurrence of it.

This is my vision for Europe!
